1、突出数字。如做市场的求职者可以用几组数字的对比来描述过去的成绩，搞研发的人可以说出研发成果转化率以及所取得的市场收益，做宣传的可以说说品牌知晓度、影响力的变化情况，即便是在校大学生，也可以用数字说说 *** 过程中的成绩。面试官会因此而觉得求职者言之有物，从而会从心理上首先接纳你，认为你确实有才能!

4 是以推销为目的的自我介绍。与求职为目的的对个人的推销不同，这里说的主要是对具体产品或服务的推销，基于这一目的的自我介绍，关键是要从客户的兴奋点出发，抓住对方的需求甚至是潜在需求，引导对方说出他们对产品或服务的预期包括功能、便捷性、后续服务、价效比等等，逐步地引出公司的产品或服务，分析其优势，甚至可以与同类竞争性产品做简单比较。当然，这些应该是事前已经做过邮件或电话沟通的前提下，如果是纯粹的第一次陌生拜访，基本上只能重点介绍一下公司了，不会涉及得过细，除非时间允许。

5 是以便利日常工作为目的的自我介绍。工作内容，对方感兴趣的话题。这个主要涉及到的是日常工作中可能会有较多接触的部门或个人，第一次去办事时简单做自我介绍，主要是介绍个人所负责的工作情况，并诚恳地希望得到对方的指导和帮助，关键在于表达诚意，别让人觉得看到你这个人就立刻没兴趣了就可以了;在之后的接触中可以逐步聊一些其他的话题，甚至可以“捧”一下对方，赞扬它的工作态度什么的。
